Your Privacy
Your two names, and how to reach you. Anything you choose to write to us. What you pay and when — handled by our payment provider, so your card details reach them rather than us.
Each of you owns your own words. What one of you writes stays with the one who wrote it unless you decide together to share it, and we ask each of you separately rather than treating one answer as two.
While you are with us, and for seven years afterwards, which is what Australian record keeping asks of a business. Say the word at any time and we will remove what the law lets us remove, and tell you plainly what has to stay and why.
We follow the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where you feel we have fallen short, tell us first and we will make it right; the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is there for you either way.
The Terms
Plain enough to read once and understand.
In a group of six couples, over eight weeks — $2,800 a couple. The same eight weeks, just the two of you — $6,000 a couple. A practitioner’s licence — $36,000, every two years. Australian dollars, GST included.
Dates move, and a wedding can move with them. Tell us as early as you are able and we will find you another date. Where we ever have to change a date ourselves, you choose: another date, or your money back in full.
Every word you write and say is yours, and stays yours. The materials, the language and the method belong to AISHITERU, and they are yours to use for your own marriage for as long as you live.
Under the law of Victoria, Australia. Anything that goes wrong between us gets a conversation first, always.
Your Safety
This work asks two people to be honest with each other. So it is built to hold you carefully while you are.
If either of you is in danger right now, reach for one of these first.
At any moment, for any reason, with no explanation asked for. Your place stays yours and you come back when you are ready.
It stays in the room. Practitioners hold what they hear in confidence, and the exception is the one every profession shares: where somebody is in danger.
Every question here is yours to answer, to change, or to leave. Your partner hears what you choose to tell them and the choosing stays with you.
